Scope
Each project lists designs, product applications, deliverables, and timelines. Added products or collections are quoted separately.
Client responsibilities
Provide logos, brand assets, and content promptly, and designate one decision maker for approvals.
Maintain ownership of the church accounts used for ecommerce, payments, and domains.
Ownership
Approved final merchandise designs are licensed to the church for merchandise use once payment is complete.
The store and its accounts belong to the church.
Timelines
Schedules depend on approval speed and asset delivery. Delays in approvals shift launch dates accordingly.
Portfolio use
Ministry of Merch may display completed work in its portfolio unless the church requests otherwise in writing.
