Refund Policy
Creative services are reserved time and custom work. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
Consultations
Strategy Consultations may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non refundable.
Creative Direction Sessions
Payment reserves studio time and begins preparation. Once the session has taken place or design work has started, the fee is non refundable.
Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours notice.
Store builds and collections
Project deposits are non refundable once development begins. Remaining balances follow the approved invoice schedule.
Merchandise orders
Customer merchandise refunds are handled by the church store policies and the fulfillment provider terms configured at launch.
