Terms

Deliverables are defined by the package purchased or the approved project scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Appointments are confirmed only after successful payment. Rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Store builds, signature projects, and partnerships begin after scope approval and an issued invoice.

Each design engagement includes one consolidated revision round. Additional rounds are $250 each.

The church designates one decision maker to provide final approvals.

Ecommerce platform subscriptions, payment processing, production, shipping, and applicable vendor fees are billed by those providers and are not included in project pricing.
