Ministry of Merch collects only the information needed to consult with your church, produce merchandise, and operate your store.
Information we collect
Contact details, church information, intake responses, uploaded brand assets, and project communication.
Payment transactions are processed by our payment provider. Ministry of Merch does not store card numbers.
How we use information
To schedule and deliver consultations, develop merchandise, build and configure stores, and provide support.
To send confirmations, reminders, receipts, and project updates.
Sharing
We share only what is required with production, fulfillment, ecommerce, scheduling, and payment vendors used on your project.
We do not sell client information.
Your assets
Logos, brand guides, and reference materials you upload remain your property and are used only for your project.
